Design Buddy for Canva now has a Review depth setting, right below Design type on both the free and paid review screens. Choose between Quick, Balanced, and Deep — Quick for a fast gut check, Deep for a closer look at the details, Balanced in between. Deep is the default. Your choice is remembered per document, so it's already set the next time you open the same design.
Layout and typography have always factored into Design Buddy's feedback. What's new is that this now also works on multi-page documents, as long as you export the whole thing. If you do export just a subset, Design Buddy falls back to reviewing the image alone.
