Refunds are granted only if: (1) no review credits have been used, and (2) the request is made within the most recent billing period. Contact us at hi@designbuddy.net to request a refund.
Refunds cannot be issued if any review credits have been used, or if the charge is from a previous billing cycle.
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled. Forgetting to cancel does not make charges eligible for refunds, regardless of whether the service was used. Cancellation can be done at any time from the customer portal.
Each transaction incurs non-refundable payment processing fees. When issuing a refund, we reserve the right to either refund the full subscription amount (absorbing the processing fees ourselves) or deduct the processing fees from the refund amount.
