Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until day 8. You get the full product with no limitations, the same as a paying customer. If it's not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won't pay a thing.
Once the trial ends and a charge goes through, we don't offer refunds. Payment processing fees and taxes aren't refundable to us. Then there are the AI costs of running the latest, most capable models. Each review processes the design's image, assesses its structure and properties, and pairs both with a full set of design-principle knowledge. A refund doesn't just bring us back to zero. It leaves us paying out of pocket.
Cancel anytime from the customer portal, always accessible from the plugins and the website. Subscriptions renew automatically, so it's on you to cancel if you no longer want to continue. "I forgot," "I wasn't using it," and "I don't remember signing up" aren't grounds for a refund. The free trial and the customer portal both exist so none of that has to happen.
