Refunds are granted only if no review credits have been used. This means if your account shows zero reviews conducted, you are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at hi@designbuddy.net.
Refunds cannot be issued if even one review credit has been used. In this case, while we cannot process a refund for the current month, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
